ARKANE
Arkane is a half-demon, which is very rare. And all demons have to attend the school of dark arts. Including Arkane. He didnt fit in very good cause he was half human, but one of the higher rank demons sorta took "care" of him and protected him from other demons who wanted nothing more than to slit his head off. Poor Arkane had to attend that school for three years before going back to the real world. And then he would have no memory left of what had happend those three years, he only knew some wierd spells. Arkane's relation to his brother Meryl is weak from being separated for so many years, but he still has an incerdibly strong longing after his beloved brother and started searching for him while he was working at the Sanctuary agency.

Mathain
His childhood were strictly guarded by his father. His father wanted nothing more than to make Mathain the successor of the art of the sanctuarys, so is was the only thing Mathain saw as important. He knew nothing about love, until he met Arkane who started at the Sanctuary agency. Arkane became the closest to a friend or a lover Mathain would ever have. His relation with Arkane grew stronger and stronger while his relation to his father became weaker.
